Description

This is my 3rd time to capture this target and the first time with a mono camera and using more aperture. Love the flexibility of capturing images with NB filters.  Interesting to see the differences in palettes and how it brings out different areas of the nebula.  I am loving the detail gain I get from this 2600 camera.

The HSOO looks the most natural, but the HSO came out interesting.  All these using APP RGB templates.  You will have to let me know which one you like the best.

This is a beautiful emission nebula that surrounds a cluster of young hot stars that was discovered in 1690  by John Flamsteed.   It is vast cloud of dust and gas (mostly Ha) that is about 5,200 light years away and that has a diameter of over 130 light years.
